YES.

DATA TRANSFER IS POSSIBLE WITH INTERMEDIATE SOFTWARE.

 Can it be integrated with Microsoft Sharepoint?
MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT, IS ONLY 10% of INTELLECT.

 Is it compatible with Microsoft Excel and Project?
YES IT IS COMPATIBLE.

 Within Intellect, is it possible to follow processes without access via E-mail or SMS? OR, is workflow progression possible? Is it possible to send Intellect and SMS or voiced approval and have it processed by the authority system?
YES.

 Is it possible to use Intellect as part of the clients system without actually accessing the Intellect system?
YES.

 Why is Intellect not used more widely?
OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A, INTELLECT’S FIRST ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN SET UP IN TURKEY. IT IS WIDELY USED THROUGHOUT THE U.S.A.

 Can tables be added to Intellect externally?
NO.

 Can external data be added and saved to Intellect?
YES.

 Is it possible to lose data contained within Intellect?
THE POSSIBILITY OF LOSING DATA WITHIN INTELLECT IS THE SAME AS SQL AND ORACLE.

 Can the estimated waiting time for Workflow Initiator be less than 1 day?
YES.

 Can conditions be added to reports? For example – If not authorized “apply Bold and Red text”.
YES.

 Within the Intellect System, is it possible to open multiple screens simultaneously with a single user?
YES, HOWEVER AS ALL SCREENS ARE LINKED TO ONE ANOTHER, THEY CANNOT BE USED INDEPENDENTLY.

 Does a new database need to be created as the database cannot discharge old information?
OLD INFORMATION CAN BE DISCHARGED VIA MACRO.

 How do we obtain reserves?
VIA SQL DATABASE RESERVES.

 What does Intellect work off?
IT WORKS OFF THE IIS (INTERNET INFORMATION SERVICE).

Can the screen be adjusted to enable viewing on a PDA?
INTELLECT CAN BE RUN ON INTERNET EXPLORER 5.5 AND HIGHER. THE SCREEN ADJUSTMENTS ARE LINKED TO PDA SPECIFICATIONS.

 Can Intellect be integrated to a switchboard? Can talk-time, topic, and person talking be determined?
INTELLECT CAN BE INTEGRATED WITH AN IVR PROGRAM THAT IS SPECIALISES IN THIS AREA.

 Can an Excel table containing 80 Million lines be transferred to Intellect?
YES.

 Can Outlook functions be transferred to Intellect?
THEY CAN BE TRANSFERRED IN XML FORMAT. 

 When a particular section in Intellect cahnges, is the existing data affected by this change?
ONLY THE DATA THAT WAS LINKED TO ONE ANOTHER DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS WILL BE AFFECTED, THEREFORE , A CHANGE STRATEGY IS APPLIED.

 Are printouts possible from Intellect? If so, can they be printed on letterheads. lists, orders etc…
YES 

 How often are new versions released and what sprt of changes are made?
NEW VERSIONS ARE RELEASED EVERY 2-2.5 YEARS IN LINE WITH USER NEEDS. 

 What is the capacity of active data?
THE INTELLECT DATABASE DESIGN IS VERY SUCCEFFUL AND HAS A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 1.5GB.

 Is there a section within the system for work with barcodes?
NO, HOWEVER A SOLUTION CAN BE CREATED THROUGH PROGRAMMING.

Are attached folders sent to data?
NO. THEY ARE COPIED TO A DESIGNATED FOLDER.

Is Intellect suitable for the structure of a large organization?
DEFINITELY.

Can new processes be added or can changes be made to the Intellect system after the initial design process has been completed?
DEFINITELY.

 Can those that are a part of Intellect take on management roles in line with their qualifications?
DEFINITELY.

Can it compare two WORD documents in Revision?
NO.

 In the Intellect workflow authorization section, if authorization is not given, is it possible to see how many times the request has been rejected, how many times the activity has been performed and to see any color changes and information?
CAN BE SEEN AS INFORMATION.

  Is there Filter View or a similar application in Intellect to use on reports?
YES. 
REPORTS CAN BE PRODUCED FOR ANY DESIRED CRITERIA.

Can workflow be exported from Intellect?
WORKFLOW CAN BE EXPORTED AS AN IMAGE.

How is data protected on the Intellect system? What are the security procedures?
THE DATA IS PROTECTED VIA SSL. IT IS MANAGED BY A SECURE PORT.

  How long will it take to learn Intellect design?
INTELLECT DESIGN TRAINING IS 45 HOURS, HOWEVER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
