We know that every project we receive is special in its own right and customer needs and expectations are always different. There are 7 rules in our “Project Management Methodology” which we follow for complete success on all of our projects.

    1. Every single project is special and is customized according to customer needs and expectations. Standard templates and modules are never delivered to the customer.
    2. Every single project is completed on time and within the set budget. 
    3. Every stage of the project will be reported to the customer. 
    4. All projects are designed according to customer needs and expectations by expert Management Consultants. 
    5. Continuous communication between the project team and the customer is effective at all times. 
    6. Problems are identified immediately and solved in a quick and pro-active manor. 
    7. Our project team endeavors to present their customers not only with a program but an effective and efficient management system.

Our KURUMSAL A.S. team spend most of their time investigating what is important to you because we know that a system designed in a software environment needs to be compatible with your business goals and processes. The integration of your employees with the new system is also important. We will conduct training and design provide user manuals to ensure the employees can adapt to the new system and to ensure the system is managed properly.

Talking to the Customer While Working

The first and most important design rule is to investigate the customers needs, expectations and working style. Our first priority, here, is to work with experienced system designers. This mission, along with our system design team, is made up of expert Management Consultants. The key factor to design success is ensuring that we work with the right people both in the design team and in customer relations.

Project Stages;

Stage 1 - Plan, Plan, Plan

The first step of the project involves us learning your project goals. What is the aim of this project? What key factors need to be considered to ensure success? At this stage our experts on management systems will begin conducting one-on-one interviews with members of the organization to find out there requests and expectations and from this we will decide on the conditions of the project.  From these conditions we will design the steps and budget of the project. The customer’s basic needs will then be determined and reported.

Stage 2 – Content Development and Design

At this stage our experts will move onto system design using IAP.

Stage 3 - Implementation

The completed project will be put through a quality control stage by our experts and tested and corrected in accordance with customer requests and expectations.

Stage 4 – Ensuring Validity and Continuation

The program that has gone through all testing stages will be set up for the customer and design validity will be tested through on site training using the provided user manuals. After completion of the set up process, a system design and update period will be determined in a contract format according to customer request.
